As a Motion Designer, you’ll bring websites and brands to life with animations, micro-interactions, and dynamic visuals. You’ll collaborate with our design and dev team to craft engaging experiences that feel smooth, bold, and memorable. 01 Your role & day-to-day
- Designing and animating motion graphics, micro-interactions, and transitions for tech clients
- Creating marketing assets, animated visuals, and branded motion elements
- Working closely with designers and developers to ensure animations are functional and lightweight
- Participating in workshops with founders/clients to ideate on motion concepts
02 Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Motion Designer (web/brand focus)
- Strong skills in tools like After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or Cavalry
- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and easing
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish
