Gentrace is an AI observability platform specializing in tracing, evaluation, and error analysis for AI agents. Built on OpenTelemetry standards, they help engineering teams debug agent traces, create intelligent monitoring, and build tailored evaluations—making AI development more reliable and collaborative.

The challange we tackled
