Growth Marketing Lead

We're Grafit. We build websites and growth systems for B2B tech companies and we're growing fast. Our inbound is strong, our case studies convert, our LinkedIn is working. Now we need someone who can take ownership of our marketing engine, bring structure and velocity to what we've built, and scale it further, especially on the ABM front. If you're analytical, hands-on, and AI-native, this role is yours.
01 Your role & day-to-day
- Own and orchestrate our marketing calendar: planning, execution, reporting, so every initiative ties back to pipeline and revenue
- Level up our content and SEO inbound: work with the external agency, sharpen the messaging, own the editorial direction
- Build and execute our ABM motion: we have the accounts, the case studies, the lookalike lists. We need someone to actually run the campaigns
- Scale paid ads (LinkedIn and beyond) starting from a solid foundation of proven creatives and conversion data
- Amplify our founder's personal brand on LinkedIn: strategy, cadence, content angles
- Report on what matters (pipeline influence, CAC, channel ROI) and use that data to make faster, better decisions
02 Skills required
- 3+ years in B2B marketing, with hands-on ABM campaigns you can walk us through (not just decks, actual results)
- AI-native: you work heavily in Claude, use AI to accelerate research, copy, analysis, and workflow. This is non-negotiable
- Strong analytical mindset: you live in dashboards, you know which metrics are leading indicators, and you can build a clean report from scratch
- Sharp B2B tech tone of voice: you understand how SaaS companies communicate, what founders care about, and how to not sound like a marketing department
- Structured and self-directed: you can own a roadmap, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship without waiting for instructions
- Fluent in Polish and English
