We inventory the content and URLs to agree what moves. Content and media are transferred into the destination CMS, existing URLs are mapped, and changed routes receive permanent redirects. Preserving metadata, structured data, and core search foundations is included. Known exceptions are documented in the handover.

No. Search visibility and traffic can fluctuate during a migration. We reduce risk through URL mapping, search foundation checks, and validation before and after launch. Baseline checks and available post-launch signals help us identify issues that need attention.

We map, transfer, and check the agreed existing forms, integrations, consent setup, analytics, and tracking. New functionality or substantial integration rebuilds are scoped separately. Continuity checks for existing measurement belong to migration; expanded measurement, reporting, and behavioral analysis belong to CRO & Experimentation + Analytics.

A new visual system can be scoped alongside the move through Web Design. Your existing visual design may also be retained if it meets our standards after review. We coordinate preparation, the launch date, switchover, and post-launch checks. Your team provides the necessary access and approves the launch. Before switching, we agree launch criteria and a recovery approach, including how to return to the previous version if needed.
