01 Your role & day-to-day
- Webflow implementation websites from Figma design using Lumos or Client First frameworks
- Creating advanced animations using GSAP
- Participating in weekly calls with clients
- Working closely with our Web Design team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Building reusable components systems for enterprise projects
- Participating in hackathons & building internal products
02 Skills required
- At least 3 years of experience in Web Development (including at least 1 year in Webflow)
- Expert knowledge of Webflow and Client First/Lumos framework
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS
- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance optimization
- Experience with GSAP
- Portfolio showcasing work for tech companies and SaaS brands
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish
- Experience in collaborating with founders and stakeholders
